🌐  Remote-first

We are “remote-first” and there is no requirement for anyone to come in to a zeroheight office on a regular basis. We’re using the term “remote-first” purposely to avoid any ambiguity about what our primary work mode is, however we:

💳  Roaming co-working memberships

zeroheight provides opt-in roaming co-working memberships to anyone who wants to work from a local co-working space from time to time (or opt-in fixed desks for people who choose to work from a co-working space 3+ times a week). We’re a business and we don’t think people should have to work from their home if it’s not practical (kids, dogs etc. :D).

🌿  Co-working hubs

On top of roaming memberships, we maintain the concept of “hubs” in major cities, starting with London (UK). The difference between co-working in a random local space vs a hub is simply that you’re more likely to bump into zeroheight colleagues at a hub :) To be clear, attending hubs is completely opt-in e.g. for practical or social reasons. We don’t want to cancel zeroheight’s existing social life but just make it optional!
