🌐  Remote-first

We are a “remote-first” company, and while there is no requirement to regularly come into our London co-working space, we only employ individuals who are already based in the UK or the US, depending on the role. Each job listing will clearly specify whether the position is open to UK or US-based candidates. Our “remote-first” approach means that:

💳  Roaming co-working memberships

zeroheight provides opt-in roaming co-working memberships to anyone who wants to work from a local co-working space from time to time. We’re a business and we don’t think people should have to work from their home if it’s not practical (kids, dogs etc. 🙂)

🌿  Co-working hubs

On top of roaming memberships, we maintain the concept of “hubs” in major cities, starting with London (UK). The difference between co-working in a random local space vs a hub is simply that you’re more likely to bump into zeroheight colleagues at a hub :) To be clear, attending hubs is completely opt-in e.g. for practical or social reasons. We don’t want to cancel zeroheight’s existing social life but just make it optional!
