We are a âremote-firstâ company, and while there is no requirement to regularly come into our London co-working space, we only employ individuals who are already based in the UK or the US, depending on the role. Each job listing will clearly specify whether the position is open to UK or US-based candidates. Our âremote-firstâ approach means that:
zeroheight provides opt-in roaming co-working memberships to anyone who wants to work from a local co-working space from time to time. Weâre a business and we donât think people should have to work from their home if itâs not practical (kids, dogs etc. đ)
On top of roaming memberships, we maintain the concept of âhubsâ in major cities, starting with London (UK). The difference between co-working in a random local space vs a hub is simply that youâre more likely to bump into zeroheight colleagues at a hub :) To be clear, attending hubs is completely opt-in e.g. for practical or social reasons. We donât want to cancel zeroheightâs existing social life but just make it optional!
